Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course is in fabulous shape!

There were 19 Ladies Club players competing on Thursday, 5/21/20. Foursomes were allowed in separate carts with social distancing a priority. The weather cooperated nicely and layers were shed. Most players finished their round in shirt sleeves.
This week’s competition was Medal Play (low gross and net of field, low net by division).
This week’s winners were:
- Low gross of the field, April Talley who was on fire with an 82. Low net of field was Karen Erickson with 70.
- Division 1: First place, Linda Hahn, 74. Second place, Nancy Judson, 75.
- Division 2: First place was a tie between Sherry Ochsner and Judy Johanson, 75.
- Division 3: First place, Pam Zent, 78.
- April Talley was the lone birdie girl with 2 of them. She made them on hole 7 and 18. Did I mention she was on fire?
Next week’s competition is: Blind Mice (Pro shop draws 3 holes after we tee off. Subtract these holes from your gross score, less full handicap).
Today was also Round 1 of the Apple Blossom tournament; our match play inter-club tournament. Most matches today came down to the last hole. Next week will be Round 2 of the Apple Blossom Tournament. Stay tuned for the winner after next week’s competition.
