County Construction
West Malaga Intersections Project: The project’s contractor will be paving May 18-19. Traffic impacts include delays of up to 30 minutes at the project’s intersections and delays of up to 20 minutes on the roadway. West Cashmere Bridge Replacement Project: The bridge and Goodwin Road are closed. Demolition of the bridge is expected to begin in June. More details are on the project’s construction page: https://www.co.chelan.wa.us/public-works/pages/west-cashmere-bridge-replacement-crp-693
Private Contractor Working by Permit
Willmorth Drive (Chelan): Willmorth Drive and Isenhart Road are closed to through traffic while the City of Chelan’s contractor works on a water main project. Keep up on the project on the city website: https://cityofchelan.us/departments/public-works/
Road District Maintenance

District 1 (Wenatchee) – Crews will be completing crack sealing in the Wenatchee District early in the week and then will be prepping 2020 Preservation Roads for upcoming chip sealing.
District 2 (Cashmere) – Crews will be completing crack sealing in the Wenatchee District early in the week and then checking ditches and culverts on 2020 preservation roads in the Cashmere District.
District 3 (Leavenworth) – Crews will be doing a road repair on North Shore Drive as well as replacing a driveway culvert on Lake Wenatchee Highway. The crew also will be grading dirt roads and brushing on Little Wenatchee Road and North Shore Drive.
District 4 (Entiat) – The crew will be crack sealing with the Chelan District road crew (see below).
District 5 (Chelan) – Early in the week, crack sealing moves to the Chelan District on Boetzke Avenue, Totem Pole Road, Summit Boulevard, Loop Avenue and Wapato Lake Road. When crack sealing, the roadway will be one lane, with flaggers directing traffic. Minor traffic delays may occur. The crew also will be filling shoulder washes on South Lakeshore Road. One-lane, flagger-controlled traffic with minor delays are planned. And the crew will be hand patching in the Manson area and spot grading on Union Valley Road.
