The 2025 Property Tax Summary Report is now available for download on the Chelan County Assessor’s website.
Why should you download this annual report?
The tax summary report, completed annually by the Assessor’s Office, explains what the office does and how it appraises real property. It lays out the assessment process.
The report shows a brief history of property taxes and levy rates over the most recent years. The 2024-2025 levy sheet is the last page of the summary report.
And the report has the listing of those upcoming spring meetings with the assessor and his staff.
So lots of good stuff that we encourage you to review. If you have any questions, the report also includes contact information for the Assessor’s Office.
