Update from July 17 weekly game competition
This week, the Senior Men’s Golf Club welcomed new Members, Larry Jacobson and Ron Cook. Approximately, 32 Golfers started play Wednesday at 8:00 AM from tee boxes ranging from hole #15 through hole #1. There was heavy rain to greet the golfers but the clouds gave way to sun within a short time.
Prior to play, Dr. Darrell Richards distributed club roster lists to enable Members to update their personal contact information. He reported when the changes are completed an updated list would be emailed to all the Members. And, Members were informed comprehensive instructions would be posted on the Club’s Bulletin Board to provide guidance on how to accurately post their scores for handicap purposes and to access their handicap information on the Lake Chelan Golf Course Computer.
The results from the July 17th weekly game competitions are as follows:
The “Even Holes Less Half Your Handicap” game was won by Gary Searle (Score 29), Darrell Simpson was second (Score 32), Dan Dedo was third (Score 33) and Bob Carleton was fourth (Score 33.5).
