State Public Utilities Researching Customer Experiences

Submitted by Chelan County PUD

Chelan PUD is joining public utility districts across the state in supporting a statewide survey of electric utility customers to better understand public opinion and experiences. Customers may be contacted for phone and online survey running October 9 – 26.

Professional researchers with Cocker-Fennessy will be making calls, reaching out online and providing a publicly available link to PUD customers, on behalf of the Washington PUD Association. We hope that customers can take a few minutes to answer the short survey – customer experiences and perspectives are extremely important to us.

A few things about the survey:
•           It is for research purposes, only. We are not selling anything
•           It is voluntary – you do not have to participate if you don’t want to
•           Responses are anonymous; personal information will not be released to any third parties
•           The research firm is using its databases and publicly available data to reach potential respondents. NO customer information was provided by Chelan PUD for purposes of conducting the survey

If you would like to participate in the survey (and we hope you do!), please click through here starting Oct. 9.

The survey should take 8-10 minutes to complete. If you cannot complete the survey in one sitting, you can log on again and the survey will resume where you left off. You will not have to repeat any of the questions you have already answered.

If you have any questions, please contact the Washington Public Utility Districts Association at 360-741-2675 or Liz Anderson, Washington PUD Association at landerson@wpuda.org.
