PUD Holds Community Meeting at Chelan Chamber

PUD will share updates about substations, fire-hardening transmission lines, and lake level

Chelan-area customers can hear what’s new on possible locations for a substation in south Chelan, plans to “fire harden” the Chelan Falls-Union Valley transmission line and get an update on lake level and this year’s hydro operations on May 15.

Chelan PUD staff invites customers to stop by the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce anytime from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, for a chat and a cup of coffee. You’ll have a chance to learn about the projects, ask questions and give us your opinions. Details also are posted at chelanpud.org/ChelanProjects if you can’t attend.
