Cascade and Muckleshoot School test the Trojans

Both the Manson boys and girls teams traveled to Cascade for a two day tournament on Friday and Saturday (12/27 & 12/28).

Both teams opened on Friday playing the host team Cascade Kodiaks. The girls team struggled to  get their offense in sync and fell 43-25.  The Trojans were led by Maycee Ward with 14 points. The boys team also fell to Cascade in a close game losing 51-48.  Manson was led by Nick Strecker with 19 and Titus Petersen with 13.

On Saturday both teams matched up with Muckleshoot School from Auburn, WA. The girls got their offense going but struggled to stop Muckleshoot falling 44-34. The boys struggled with defensive consistency and fell behind early.  In the second half the Trojans made a run but it was too little too late and they fell 63-56.

Both team travel to Oroville on January 4th for important league games.
