As of November 1st, VoteWashington.info shows Chelan County with a voter turnout of 33%, lagging just slightly behind Washington State’s overall turnout of 33.9%.

Chelan County is a vote by mail county. All voters should have received their ballots in the mail. Completed ballots can be mailed or delivered to a ballot box for processing.

Accessible voting equipment is available. The County Courthouse will remain open for ballot drop-off and use of the accessible voting equipment 18 days prior to Election Day. Official ballot drop box sites are also available 18 days prior to Election Day, and are sealed at exactly 8:00 PM on Election Day.

There is a drive-up ballot box located in the alley behind Chelan City Hall. It will be sealed on Tuesday, November 6th, promptly at 8:00 p.m.

Preliminary election results will be released by the County Auditor’s office Tuesday evening as soon as the polls close. Properly postmarked ballots will continue to be counted as they are received by mail.
