The soccer team will play a Tuesday home match versus Okanogan at 4:00 p.m. Senior recognition begins at 3:30 prior to the game. They play Okanogan again on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. as part of the District Championships at the Apple Bowl in Wenatchee.

Meanwhile, the Cross Country teams will compete in Wenatchee with the girls varsity running at 2:00 p.m.; the boys will follow at 2:30 p.m. Boys and girls JV run at 3:00 p.m.

Also on Tuesday Chelan volleyball team will host a senior night match versus Okanogan with the Varsity match starting at 6:30 p.m. Last Saturday the Chelan volleyball squad traveled to Freeman for a non-league match and split against two of the State’s top 1-A teams. Chelan defeated Lakeside in a four-game match and lost to the host team Freeman in another four-game match. The Lady Goats will play again on Friday as they battle Cascade for the District Championship at Eastmont High School starting at 7pm. Chelan has two regular season victories over the Lady Kodiaks.

This week also marks the final regular season home game for Chelan football as the Goats host Riverside in a Thursday night non-league contest. The Senior Night game will kickoff at 7pm as the Goats try to bounce back from last Friday nights tough 63-23 loss to Omak. The Goats won’t qualify for the playoffs this season, but will have a Week-10 cross-over game on Friday, November 2 against an as yet to be determined opponent and location.
