Erica Anaya
North Cascades Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Erica Anaya to Senior Personal Banker and Jennifer Puckett to AVP Loan Operations Manager.
As a Senior Personal Banker, Erica works closely with our lenders to manage complex business customer relationships. Erica started her banking career at North Cascades Bank as a teller in 2007. She excelled as a teller and after one year was promoted to Personal Banker. In that capacity, she contributed to many extra projects and developed a training program for the new accounts area.
Erica is a 2006 graduate of Chelan High School. Her hobbies include running, hiking, weight training, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Puckett
Jennifer Puckett has been named Assistant Vice President Loan Operations Manager. Most recently, she had served as the bank’s Consumer Loan Manager. As Loan Operations Manager, Jennifer oversees document drafting and loan servicing. She began her banking career in the Tri-Cities area starting off as a teller and moving into lending. She joined North Cascades Bank in 2009 as a head teller and was soon promoted to a loan assistant.
Puckett is a 2001 graduate of Chelan High School. Her hobbies include snowboarding, reading, and sports. She and her husband are raising their family in the Chelan Valley.
