Community Land Trust Concept Gains Momentum

The Affordable Housing Initiative would like to thank North Cascade Bank for its recent donation of $5,000.

The mission of the newly formed Chelan Valley Housing Trust is the ‘development and stewardship of a stable supply of permanently affordable housing which preserves the dynamic small town character and diversity of our Chelan Valley communities.’

North Cascade Banks’ generous contribution helps pave the way to making that mission a reality.
